We do not collect data through any other means on this website. We do not use cookies beyond those strictly necessary to serve the pages. We do not use analytics, tracking scripts, or third-party advertising.

How we use it

Data submitted via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not shared with any third party, used for marketing, or retained beyond the period reasonably necessary to handle your matter.

How it is stored and transmitted

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service, and forwarded by email to Groome International's contact address. Formspree's privacy policy is available at their website. The submission is then held in email and deleted when it is no longer needed.

This website is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted securely.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing data submitted via the contact form is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — specifically, the legitimate interest of responding to a prospective client's enquiry. This processing is necessary for that purpose and does not override the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned.
