Mike founded Groome International in 1996, having identified a clear gap in the market for a proactive and reliable resource for businesses dealing with unpaid debts and asset disputes. Starting with local businesses in North Wales, the firm grew through referrals from law firms and banks who found an operator willing to go further — and further afield — than conventional alternatives.
